Returns & refunds

30 days to change your mind. No questions asked. We pay return shipping on items that arrived damaged or weren't as described.

How it works

1. Email support@zeenushop.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label.
2. Pack the item in its original packaging if possible — not required, but appreciated.
3. Drop it at any UPS or USPS location.
4. Once we receive the item, we'll process your refund within 3 business days.

What's eligible

Anything in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. We can't accept returns on items that have been clearly heavily used or damaged after delivery.

24-month warranty

Every product is backed by a 24-month manufacturer warranty against defects. If something breaks during normal use within 24 months, email us with photos and we'll replace it.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of us receiving the returned item. Your bank may take 5–10 additional business days to post the refund.
