All orders ship from our Raleigh, North Carolina warehouse. Most orders are processed within 1 business day.

Domestic rates (United States)

• UPS 2nd Day Air — $21.50 (2 business days)
• FREE Ground shipping on orders over $300

International

We currently ship to the United States only. We're working on expanding to Canada, the UK, and the EU in 2026 — drop us a note if you'd like to be on the early-access list.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track orders from your account page.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, email support@zeenushop.com within 14 days and we'll replace it at no charge.
