Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, in which case we will refund any payment in full.

Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Shipping & risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If a package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it at no charge (see Shipping).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
